Well at least squirrel sold 100%
All kidding aside what does all this mean to the trappers?  I see were only 30 and 40% of red fox sold.

I'm only speculating Buckwheat, I know Reds sold in earlier NAFA sales. That being fact, buyers may have fill there orders or May sale goods were not what buyers were looking for being 'picky buyers'.
These later sales do have late season fur, meaning past prime & damaged goods, which are a hard sell in a slow market.
Several lots sold for fair prices. The lower grades didn't move.

Thanks again for your information about fur sales.
I never been able to keep up with this stuff. To many things that I have not followed. Good thing I am not in it for money. Even though it would be nice to end up with some spending money. LOL
It did look like they are cherry picking by only take half the fur. Did not realize there might be that much junk fur in this sale.
At least they will have great fur to work with.
