Title: question of crow calls.
Post by: scott on April 08, 2014, 09:32:33 AM
do all crow calls have to have the mouth peice that you bite down on?   The reason i ask is because they hurt my teeth.  i can't even use open read calls because after a while they bother me.

thanks
scott

No...I've seen mouth calls without the "bite-down" mouth piece.  There is always electronic crow calls....

Check with Bee's.  I'm pretty sure I got one from him in acrylic camo that wasn't "Bite-n-blow".

Scott, The crow call mouth pieces I have and most use are pioneer mouth pieces. They have grooves in them for your teeth but they are not intended to be "bite down" as many believe they just need the teeth rested in the grooves. Biting down on this style would hurt. Jake can verify he's got a few of mine

+1 Bee's......They have GREAT sound.  I've stirred up quite a few crows using mine.
