Title: Time for a new headlamp
Post by: predator77 on September 11, 2012, 07:51:33 PM
Any good scanning lights come out recently? I'm looking at another nitelite (new LED) ($189) and I use a Kill Light 250 as my shooting light.

I like cliff martins coyote light.
But the one that buckwheat has is pretty impressive too.

For a head mounted scanning light, I second the coyote light and they are a sponsor here as well.  Cheaper and better than the new LED Nitelight.  Here is the link.   www.thecoyotelight.com

I also use the coyote light that Cliff Martin sells and really like it.

My impatience got the best of me. I ordered the Nitelite right before Tim posted his message. The light is supposed to last for up to 20 hours on a single charge and I ordered a amber and red filter for it. I'm already mad about how long it's gonna take to get here.
