Turkeys strutting

The gobblers are already strutting here in SWPA.I have been watching 4-5 flocks with several gobblers in each. I think it is going to be hard to see in the woods here when the season opens. The buds are realy starting to come out on the trees and the under brush.

I have 7 there at my house all the time 1 gobbler and 6 hens. I don,t hunt them they are the only birds left out of a flock of about 60.

I seen a guy 2 days ago who stoped his truck by my house and was calling to them in the field. guys have been doing that here for the last 5 years or so.

Theys birds are well educated here.
