Anyone put an entry into Mosquito Creek hunt?? Best part of my hunt, was my drink stayed cold, my ice cream sandwich didn't melt and my eskimo pie was a tasty dessert... :D
-
were you on a hunt or a picnic?...

One has to keep his alertness at a high level for these events and proper nourishment is essential. :D If brother Ted was a better caller :D I probably would have been shooting instead of eating...I think every farm dog within 5miles of us reponded and howled...lol...but no yotes... :D And on the 2nd set-up we had a pick-up truck respond...they came flying back the road and started spotlighting the field we were in....

Of all people to question the nutritional aspects of hunting...

was just curious... I guess with all that cold water, he needed to keep his strength up...
I did see what I thought was a familiar name on the killers board from the club... I'll let the powers that be check it out and post it, if it was him...

By the name Millinder we have 2 members, neither of which is the dog hunter in the tournament. If that's the one you mean. Of course my roster ended in September.

Dreamcatcher
Michael Drosnock, is who I am talking about, he also just won the Newport Tournament and is currently trying to win the Port Clinton hunt two years in a row. He will inform us about his experiences later, he is hunting hard all this week. This guy kicks ass if he pulls this.

You took that yote fair and square. So it is a big deal to shoot it during the hunt. I am still interested in starting a link for you lucky guys.

I am sorry to say that Michael buried his father today. Needles to say his hunting this past week has taken a back seat. .My Prayers are for comfort.

Well, I am starting to think Michaels hunting buddy gave him the edge he needed to finish in the top next year.
However, this secret coyote method, that Michael was probably planning on using next year to give hum the edge is out. Of course he did not want the rest of us coyote hunters to have edge. Too bad!! We all now have his secrete edge to use next year. Even though his hunting buddy thinks it suits mike better.

How often does that trap need checked?
-
Do you have a patent for that trap yet? You better hurry before someone beats you to it.
-
The real funny thing about this picture is, Mike really did wake up with this in his front yard. His hunting buddies do have a sense of hummer.
-
Wish my huntin' buds had hummer!
-
I thought a Hummer was an SUV
-
Exactly... Holds a ton of gear and keeps it dry.
